FAQs

How do I get set up for Home Inspections?
It's not necessary for us to meet in person to get set up for inspections or any other services we offer.
We can communicate by phone, text or email if you prefer.
For Home Inspections, I will need to see your property to give you a price quote for the services you request. Arrangements for a key, lock code and alarm code (if applicable) will need to be made.
For most other Concierge services a price quote can be made based on mileage and time.
If you prefer, I am happy to meet for a Free consultation at your home or property.
Here's what I need to know,

Frequency of Inspections (Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly)

​Duration (Estimated is ok and you can change your mind at any time.)
Once I have seen your property and we have discussed any other needs, I will send you a quote by email detailing the services we have agreed upon.
If you accept the offer, simply reply stating you accept.

How do I pay for Services?
Forms of payment accepted are Venmo or Check. Other arrangements can be made.
It's your choice whether you want to be billed per event or receive an invoice at the end of each month.

How often should my home be inspected?
The decision is yours.
I believe a home should be inspected at least every two weeks. The longer a problem is allowed to sit, the bigger the issue gets.

Can I hire your services for just a holiday or long weekend?
Yes.
There are quite a few options to choose from.
Quotes for these services will be based on the Concierge rate.

Exterior walk around (check that house is secure and no obvious problems)

Interior walk through (check for obvious problems)

Garbage Bins moved to and from street.

Post severe storm inspection.
